The Meal: LA SAN ÁNGE

Let’s talk about the food. On this visit, I tried the LA SAN ÁNGEL crepe, a dish that exemplifies Saúl Bistro’s dedication to flavor, balance, and presentation.

For someone who reviews food without the ability to taste or smell, texture plays a pivotal role. And the LA SAN ÁNGEL was a triumph of texture and harmony:

The Chicken: Roasted to juicy perfection, each bite was tender and satisfying.

The Avocado: Its creaminess added depth and smoothness, enhancing the dish’s richness.

Gruyère Cheese: Soft, buttery, and slightly sharp, it brought sophistication to the dish.

Fresh Basil Sauce: Creamy and mild, it tied the flavors together seamlessly.

The Crepe: Buttery, slightly crisp, and hearty—a perfect vessel for the filling.


On the side, I opted for the rosemary potatoes. These were beautifully roasted and seasoned to perfection, providing a comforting and flavorful complement to the crepe.
