I first wandered into Palma Central on a breezy night in October. After a day of exploring Veleta Market in the Veleta neighborhood, some new friends invited me to a salsa night here. As soon as I walked in, I was captivated. That first night, I started slow with a Pacifico and some Argentinian empanadas under the stars. But it didn’t take long for the Buena Vida Burger Shop’s Indian Burger to start haunting me.
