Thank you for taking the time to sit with us. Would you mind kicking things off by sharing a little bit about you and your business?
We are catering to health conscious patrons who like to eat delicious food. Our offerings include dishes that are Keto, Low Calorie, Gluten Free, Vegan amongst other options. We prepare foods from around the world including Mexican, Italian, American, South American, etc dishes. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding service and food at reasonable prices and geared towards the way you would like to eat for health.
So, can you tell us a little bit about your menu and the story behind why you chose this niche?
We are and have been health conscious for many years and when we travel we have a hard time eating the type of diet we are used to (be it gluten free, keto, vegan, etc), and therefore want to give residents and visitors the option to stay within their eating habits.
Everyone loves a secret. Can you share something about your business, or a menu item, that most people might not know?
We started the business with no previous experience running a restaurant and have learned with the school of hard knocks, but it has been a very fulfilling experience and we are proud to be among Tulum's top restaurants.
This is a fun one, for readers. What is your top selling dish? And why do you think people love it?
We have many favorites from Chilaquiles, French Toast, Tuscan Chicken Breast, Gourmet Tacos, Salads, any dishes with salmon - both smoked or grilled - and of course our omelettes. We can prepare any of our suggested omelettes or you can build your own including Keto omelettes and also our own Vegan "eggs".
